Workshops

Our workshops are a great way to introduce Sport Psychology and it's concepts (e.g. focus, confidence, performing under pressure, motivation) to teams and groups at sport clubs, academies, centres, schools, colleges and sporting events. Daniel designs his workshops to be educational, engaging and interactive via discussions, visual aids, and incorporating practical tasks.

The focus, content, and length of each workshop is bespoke to the interests and requirements of the specific audience, whom it may comprise of:

  • Athletes – Introducing the key mental skills to enhance athletes’ sporting performance, enjoyment and success.

  • Coaches – Presenting the psychological concepts that coaches can utilise and integrate into training and competitions, such as building athletes’ confidence or improving group cohesion.

  • Parents – Offering practical and logical suggestions around how parents can best support their children within training and the competition.

  • Youth – Making psychology accessible and fun for the younger athletes. Popular topics we include is dealing with nerves and coping with winning and losing among their peers and in competition.
