Success in sport depends not only on physical fitness and skill, but it is also on a winning mindset. Daniel Petho provides a Sport Psychology Consultancy to help sportspeople and individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their goals and dreams.

Daniel is a Sports & Exercise Performance Psychology Coach, whom works with individuals, teams, clubs, coaches, parents, and support teams through bespoke one-on-one sessions or interactive group workshops. His clients range from recreational to elite level across a wide variety of sports and individuals on well-being. Based in Central Lancashire in the North West, Daniel covers and works across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside although travelling further afield can be arranged for half or full day sessions.
