Individual Consultation

 

Our service of one-on-one consultations are a fantastic way to engage with a sport psychology programme that is entirely bespoke to you. Upon your first session we will discuss about your sporting background, aspirations of the future, strengths, and areas for improvement. Daniel will then work with you to promote and progress through a development plan. Following this, the sequential sessions will involve feedback, discussion, and practical elements.

Daniel looks to trust building, positive and continuous working relationships with individuals. This is because your mindset change or perfecting those mental skills takes practice and commitment (just like the technical and physical elements of sport). As part of the sessions, you well be given and be encouraged to practice newly learnt skills or complete tasks between sessions.

The individual sessions usually last for 60-minutes and can be scheduled and arranged according to your requirements, be that of an intensive course of sessions, on a weekly, monthly or seasonal basis.
